St Patrick’s Day Slot Machine Special

The first session was played in Red Hawk, and I came out ahead $13.55 (sorry about bad camera angle).

The second session was played in a small casino in Ireland. It was the Tudor Leisure Center (38 Marlborough St, Centre, Cork, Ireland), which is on a shopping street near The English Market (last market of its kind in Ireland, and worth visiting).

The casino had about 100 slot machines, mostly from brands that were unfamiliar to me. I was with my wife, who was waiting outside because she wanted to go to a store to shop, so I didn’t want to spend too much time in the casino. The casino’s policy was “no videos”, which made it more difficult to get much recorded.

The sign that you see at the end of this video is provided by the casino attendant, and it obviously looks well used. I wasn’t able to video this particular machine because it was very near the attendant. I was, however, able to sneak a photo. What you can’t see from the photo is that the slot machine was merrily spinning on its own. The player had put it into Auto Spin mode while taking a break! It left me wondering what the point is, except to hope to come back to see more money in the machine than when you left.

  1. Wait Random, didn't I see this game earlier? It was around 6am? Any way, interesting auto spin feature, sometimes you get tired of pushing that button, and let the machine take your money for you!!! Happy St. Pats DAY, RANDOM!
